Born on or after :
12's - September 1, 1997
13's - September 1, 1996
14's - September 1, 1995
15's - September 1, 1994
16's - September 1, 1993
17's - September 1, 1992
18's - September 1, 1991
    OR September 1, 1990, AND a high school student in the 12th grade during some part of the current academic year.
